It depends on the block size, but basically your value betting range always tightens up a little when your opponent bets. If you have 50bbs to play and there are 10bbs in the pot. You value raise more or less the same range over a 1bb block, then a little tighter over a 3bb bet, then a little tight over a 5bb bet. If they bet 150% pot you might need the nuts to raise over their block, depending on the board, the action, etc.
One thing that is tricky about this is the solver knows what they are communicating with a certain river bet size. A human might regularly bet 1bb with a 3bb hand, which means you should tigten up your value range. They also might regularly bet 3bb with a 1bb hand, which means you should loosen up your value range.
Exploits aside, if you plan to shove for value vs. a check then you almost always should shove over a block bet, right?
