I 100% agree with what you said in the last part of the saying, most people don't bluff enough, against a solver who is playing for play money yeah call. However, you started off the post with the idea that Jumalon is capable of being out of line with like K4s and ATo, so doesn't sound like the type that will have 0 bluffs. Ofc i understand that preflop aggression and postflop agression are different but it seemed you painted him as a different time of player in the first and last paragraph.
I didn't mean to paint him that way. He's an aggressive player who is capable of bluffing, but to be bluffing more than 30% of the time here is really hard to do. It's even harder when I see what sort of hands he is supposed to be bluffing with. To call QQ you need him to find the bluffs with hands like 65s or T8s that float the flop, but rarely bluff KQ or QT.

Because when I remember right, we rather choose bluffs with less equity like the mentioned pp's or backdoor floats that didn't pair turn ---> so all in all bluffs with 4-0 cards to improve, right?
In this spot ranges are so polar and 88 and A8 are two very high value hands for IP that bluffing with any 8x is a high frequency play on the turn. You want to bluff polar, but you also want good blockers. 8x is a good blocker where a hand like say QT doesn't have great blockers here because you block many of IP's gutshots.
