I think there should be an EU HOF. A lot of EU guys get neglected by the voting committee, and I think the HOF should tell the whole story of poker.
Somebody like Terry Rogers, founder of the Irish Open and the man credited with bringing NLH to Europe is essential to the game, yet will be forgotten by time as he will never be in the HOF.
Similarly, Moorman would be a first ballot lock for an EU HOF, for his backing alone. Really helped grow and develop the UK scene, and I think guys like this who helped push the game should be written into the history of poker for eternity.
It’s clear that it is WSOP HOF and it is American centric and European/UK guys really need to break through to have a chance and I am fine with that. However, based on their own criteria, they have way too many guys whose claim to fame is being on ESPN 20 years ago.
