"From the 12 combos of AT that are left let’s say I would play this line ¼ of the time so I have 3 bluffing combos. I would also find T9 with this line so let’s say I have 5 bluffing combos. He needs to be good around 30% on the river when he decides to call my raise and because I only have 5 bluffs out of 28 hands that are in my range I am still under bluffing and BB made the right decision by folding."
Lol, besides just making up the fact you bluff AT here 25% of time (which you didn't RNG), you are bluffing way more hands here than just AT and T9
Still think its probably a good spot to overbluff vs. a thinking player and underbluff vs. a whale, but just be cognizant of the fact you're overbluffing here, not underbluffing
Probably I would, I just felt like I wouldn't find the big size with AT frequently, was more an "in the moment" play. I would like to have more hands I could consider bluffing, which ones come to your mind?
Fwiw you are rarely supposed to get a K to fold in EQ, so if you can regularly get a K to fold bluffing too often is going to be extremely profitable. As to whether he's under or overbluffing, I suspect he's overbluffing with this type of hand underbluffing with some unintuitive bluffs like Ah5h. The other key to whether or not he's underbluffing is he often he shoves a king high straight to try to get other king high straights to fold. If he shoves a lot of king high straights to get chops to fold you can't really fold one as the BB.

And thank you for your comment!
Kx makes a lot of sense to get him off a chop if you think he wont bet boats for half pot
