Firstly just wanted to say how much I am enjoying the blog!

Also very happy you have these sorts of hands that are high frequency but not stacks flying in. I did just wonder using this as an example, what about the hand made this jump out at you as a potential punt/one to analyse further?

Firstly, thank you for the compliment.

Practically, the plan is to write about 260 hands this year, which means, I am going need to write about small and medium pots I've played. When I am playing, I write down hands that I find tricky or am unsure about. The Triton Poker has made it very easy to save hands for further analysis via their app. The specific reason I saved this hand for further analysis was that I was unsure what my river strategy would look like on an ace. In the process I learned that my turn size was too small.

This is probably the first post-flop hand where I saw your action, thought to myself, there's absolutely no way this could be correct, and found myself proven right.

That said, in game, I'll probably play this spot much worse by correctly recognizing that I have to overpot or check, and I tend to be a too reluctant to give up and incorrectly betting more than 100% pot is much more costly than incorrectly betting 20% pot.

You were bound to be right eventually. You are really flying through these.

This is the quicker version. I read too fast and get the basics too fast, but that also leads to a superficial approach. I'll be going over in them again in detail once I catch up to current.

There's a actually a couple near #49 mark with the huge three-way pot in Montenegro that I'll be asking questions on once I can think about the spots a bit more deeply myself and formulate my thoughts and doubts.
